Marek Panek

Since January 2007, Mr. Panek is the Vice President of the Management Board of Asseco Poland responsible for supervising the Strategy and Development Division and the EU Projects Office. Mr. Panek has worked at Asseco Poland (previously COMP Rzeszów) since 1995 being gradually promoted from the position of a marketing specialist, through the position of the Sales and Marketing Manager to the position of a member of the Board of Directors between 2004 and 2007.

Mr. Panek holds several positions in companies belonging to the Asseco Group, including being a Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asseco Denmark, Member of the Supervisory Board of Asseco Central Europe, Sintagma, Asseco Lietuva, Asseco Kazakhstan LLP, Member of the Board of Directors of R-Style Softlab and Peak Consulting Group A/S and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Asseco Resovia.

Mr. Panek is a graduate of Rzeszów University of Technology of the Mechanical Engineering and Aeronautics Faculty, where in 1994 he received his M.Sc. degree in engineering.
